Effective date: the day this store opened. Welcome to Wyndown. By using this site or buying from us you agree to these terms.

1. Products. Our products are comfort and relaxation items for home use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Read and follow the included product instructions before use.

2. Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order (suspected fraud, pricing errors, an address we can't ship to); if we cancel, you're refunded in full immediately. Prices are in USD and may change without notice — never retroactively for placed orders.

3. Shipping and returns. Covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy (the 60-Night Promise), which are part of these terms.

4. Safe use. Plug into a standard US outlet, don't use on broken skin, don't fall asleep with heat running, keep away from water, and supervise use by anyone who can't operate the controls themselves. If anything about the unit seems damaged or behaves unexpectedly, unplug it and email us — we replace defective units immediately.

5. Intellectual property. Site content, the Wyndown name, and the logo are ours. Please don't reuse them without written permission.

6. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law doesn't allow us to limit.
