Shipping policy

The honest version, up front: your order ships within 24 hours and arrives in 7–14 business days, tracked the whole way, free across the US.

You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse. Most orders arrive well inside that window — we'd rather quote the real range than round it down and surprise you.

Running late past 15 business days? Email hello.clearstack@gmail.com and we'll chase it down. If it's lost, we reship or refund — your pick.

We currently ship to US addresses only. APO/FPO and PO boxes: email us first and we'll confirm the carrier can reach you.

We will never mark an order "delivered" before the carrier says so, and we will never quote a shipping window we can't see in the data.
