The 60-Night Promise

Use your Wyndown product every evening for 60 nights. If it isn't the part of the day you look forward to, we'll refund you in full.

How it works: Email hello.clearstack@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label for the continental US. Your refund lands on your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return scanning in. No restocking fee. No store-credit-only games. No interrogation.

The fine print, kept short: the item should be in safe, resellable-or-recyclable condition — used is fine, run over by a truck is not. The refund covers the product price; shipping was free, so there's nothing to withhold.

Defective on arrival? Skip the return line: email us a 20-second video and we ship a replacement or refund immediately — your choice.
